This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to use of Yubano. Yubano generates images, video, and audio from your prompts and inputs. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning in the .
You may not use the Service to create, upload, request, store, publish, or distribute the following, or help others do so.
1. Illegal or harmful activity
- Content or conduct that violates law or facilitates crime, fraud, scams, trafficking, evasion of sanctions, or harm to people or property.
- Instructions that meaningfully facilitate weapons, malware, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, or circumvention of security controls.
- Content that exploits or sexualizes minors, including child sexual abuse material or synthetic content depicting minors sexually. We may report apparent child exploitation as required by law.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual extortion, or sexual content depicting a real or identifiable person without explicit consent.
2. Rights and identity
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, publicity, privacy, biometric, contractual, or other rights.
- Use of a real person’s face, voice, name, signature style, persona, or other identifying characteristic without the rights and consent required for the requested use.
- Deceptive impersonation, forged evidence, fabricated endorsements, or deepfakes intended or likely to mislead people about identity, events, affiliation, or authenticity.
- Removing, hiding, or tampering with watermarks, provenance metadata, safety labels, or disclosures where doing so would facilitate deception or violate law.
3. Advertising and commercial claims
- False, deceptive, unfair, or unsubstantiated advertising claims.
- A synthetic testimonial or endorsement presented as the experience or opinion of a real customer, celebrity, expert, employee, or other person.
- Hidden sponsored content, fabricated reviews, undisclosed material connections, or media designed to masquerade as independent news or neutral content.
- Regulated product or service advertising that violates applicable rules, including claims about health, finance, housing, employment, education, credit, alcohol, gambling, tobacco/nicotine, controlled substances, or political advertising.
- Failure to disclose AI generation or manipulation when required by law or when necessary to avoid misleading viewers.
4. Abuse and discrimination
- Hateful or dehumanizing content targeting protected characteristics; content that praises or supports violent extremist organizations; credible threats; targeted harassment; or content encouraging violence.
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
- Content designed to suppress voting, misstate election procedures, impersonate candidates or officials, or mislead people about civic processes.
- Use in decisions about a person’s employment, housing, credit, education, insurance, healthcare, legal services, or access to essential services unless expressly approved by us and compliant with applicable law.
5. Platform and credit abuse
- Scraping, automated account creation, credential sharing, resale, denial-of-service, unauthorized access, security probing, or exceeding documented rate limits.
- Reverse engineering or extracting models, weights, system prompts, training data, or confidential information, except where law expressly permits.
- Circumventing safety filters, moderation, geographic restrictions, credit charging, usage limits, or provider rules.
- Chargeback fraud, stolen payment methods, promotion abuse, generation replay, or manipulation of the credit ledger.
- Uploading secrets, credentials, malicious code, or personal data you are not authorized to process.
6. Your responsibilities when publishing
Before publishing or commercially using an Output, you must:
- perform meaningful human review for factual accuracy, quality, safety, and rights clearance;
- substantiate objective product claims and ensure the ad’s overall impression is truthful;
- obtain licenses and releases for source material, music, trademarks, likenesses, and voices;
- label AI-generated or manipulated media clearly and prominently when law requires or omission would mislead;
- preserve machine-readable provenance information where required; and
- comply with the distribution platform’s advertising, synthetic-media, and content rules.
7. Enforcement
We may use automated and human review to detect violations. Depending on severity, history, and risk, we may warn you; block a request; remove or disable content; reverse abusive transactions; restrict features; suspend or terminate accounts; preserve evidence; or report conduct to authorities or affected parties when required or permitted by law.
Where practical and safe, we will explain an enforcement action and provide an appeal method by emailing . Serious or urgent violations may result in immediate action without prior notice.
