Credits, Billing, and Refund Policy

This Policy supplements the for purchases and use of credits in Yubano.
1. Credits
Credits are a limited, revocable contractual right to request eligible Service operations. Credits are not money, stored value, a bank account, legal tender, cryptocurrency, or transferable property. They cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, or used outside the Service, except where required by law.
We show the credit price of a generation or operation before confirmation where practical. Actual cost may vary by model, duration, resolution, retries, or options, but we will not deduct more than the displayed amount without confirmation. A credit ledger records purchases, promotional grants, deductions, reversals, and expiration.
2. Purchasing credits
Prices and package contents appear at checkout. By confirming through PayPal, you authorize PayPal to charge or debit your selected PayPal balance or linked funding method for the total shown, including applicable taxes. Purchases are complete only when PayPal reports a successfully completed payment and the credits are posted to your account. A pending, denied, reversed, or incomplete PayPal transaction does not create a credit entitlement. We may correct an obvious pricing or ledger error, with notice and without removing credits already consumed in good faith unless law permits.
3. When credits are deducted or reversed
Credits are deducted when a generation task completes. If a generation fails because of our Service or provider and produces no usable result, we will automatically reverse the deduction within 5–10 business days.
No automatic reversal is owed when a result is delivered but is subjectively unsatisfactory, when an Input or request violates policy, or when failure results from your device, network, cancellation after processing begins, or unsupported Input—unless the checkout or interface states otherwise or law requires a remedy.
4. Expiration
Purchased credits do not expire. Promotional, trial, or bonus credits may expire on the date shown when granted and are used before purchased credits.
5. Refunds
Except where law requires otherwise:
- unused purchased credits may be refunded if requested within 14 days after purchase;
- credits already consumed are not refundable merely because an Output did not meet subjective expectations;
- promotional, trial, or bonus credits have no cash value and are not refundable; and
- approved refunds are initiated through PayPal to the original transaction or funding method where possible and may take 5–10 business days, with final timing controlled partly by PayPal and the funding institution.
Request a refund by emailing with account email, transaction ID, date, amount, and reason. We may verify identity and payment ownership.
Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory rights. If consumer law provides a cancellation, cooling-off, conformity, or refund right, that law controls. For customers who ask us to begin digital performance during a statutory withdrawal period, checkout may request express consent to begin and acknowledgment of any legally permitted effect on withdrawal rights.
6. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Contact before opening a PayPal dispute or initiating a chargeback so we can investigate. We may suspend the associated account or disputed credits while a payment dispute is pending and may deduct credits tied to a payment that PayPal reverses. We will not penalize a good-faith exercise of statutory or PayPal dispute rights.
7. Taxes, currency, and fees
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes, for which you are responsible, as stated at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may charge conversion or other fees we do not control. You are responsible for taxes except taxes on our net income.
8. Price changes
We may change credit package prices or the credits required for future operations. Changes do not alter completed purchases or retroactively reduce a purchased balance, except as required for fraud correction or law. We will provide advance notice where required.
9. Account closure
On voluntary closure, unused credits are refundable under Section 5. On termination for material fraud, payment abuse, or serious policy violation, unused credits may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law. We will not use forfeiture as a penalty where prohibited.
